"High price compared to the standard. The first room we got had an almost not existing wifi. Then they told us that we could sit in the lobby, but it was very cold there. At last we got another room with wifi that worked. Breakfast was basic and not especially delicious. "

"The room was spacious and clean! We also had a beautiful mountain view, it was amazing to wake up to it in the morning. The lamphouse is right in the heart of Canmore, close to restaurants, shopping boutiques, and more. The staff were very accommodating as well. We asked if we could leave our car after the 11 a.m. checkout, and they kindly allowed us to park until 4 p.m. Overall, a great stay!"

"Really good experience overall. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, the shower was big and had plenty of hot water and the bed was European standard. Beautiful view from the restaurant. So no complaints from me, would definitely come here again! Thanks"

"The hotel was really beautiful. But when we arrived the hotel said, Expedia booked the city view but I actually ordered a garden view from Expedia which was more expensive online. They couldn’t give us the garden view coz it wasn’t anymore available. That was a failure in Expedia’s duty. I was quite disappointed with Expedia. Hotel tried to make up by offering a lower rate since we decided to stay longer. Expedia people did not do a Good Job! "
