"Somewhere else next time"

"The property is lovely! The rooms are decorated nicely and the bathrooms are so nice and modern. The carpet in our room needing a good clean with some stains. My only complaint was I had asked the hotel staff over the phone if I needed to book the restaurant for Friday night and I got told there were plenty of tables and no need to book. But when we arrived and wanted to sit inside there were no tables available, they had all been booked. It was a little cool so we didn’t want to sit outside....

"Unable to used the facility and trying to cancelled since i realised my booking st underra but not yet succeeded the person on chats kept asking thesame questions over and over from half pass 9 till 11pm, so li ley go. "The staff and the room were very good. The only complaint that I would have during my stay is regarding the wifi, which did not work effectively in my room and meant &that you couldn’t watch the television. Also, I would note that the walls are very thin."

"The fireplace and its abundant supply of wood created a cosy fire which kept us nicely warm. The cottage has a sunny back porch which was delightful to sit on looking at the beautiful green grass or to use the BBQ wiich we did. Only thing we would have liked was a good quality light to read by - we often find this is a missing component for keen readers."
