"We had a great stay. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The house was in an older but quiet and well kept neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. Would like to have an icemaker in the fridge but that was it. We would definitely stay there again!"

"We had an amazing time and really enjoyed having the river be walking distance from the house. "

"Extra clean and was very homey and comfortable. Large TV downstairs and well stocked kitchen. Beds were really nice and gave me a great sleep. Quiet neighborhood and easy to contact the property owner. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for opening up your home to our family. God bless "

"Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10."

"Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! "

"The hosts have done a very nice job fixing up the inside of this house. It is very comfortable.A previous review mentioned the road noise. Yes, if you're sitting in the front of the house during busy times you are certainly aware of it. But it didn't disturb our sleep or stay at all."

"The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal...
