"Decent budget hotel in an expensive area. Room is clean & bed is comfortable. Hot breakfast is a pleasant surprise with the amount of selections. Hotel rooms facing the freeway can be noisy. Safety light in the parking lot is very bright at night , a good feature ! The ice machine has been out for months and the dryer is out of order. "

"Only two complaints. The breakfast options were pretty terrible, some protein options need to be added (greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs). Will the small kitchen was great, there was a sign that said please option windows while cooking, however the window had a metal block that would not allow opening, so the door had to be propped open."

Parking can be tight in garage but there’s parking outside of garage if rather park there. Only recommendation is have a better sign on where the Lobby is(either in garage or outside of garage) and which floor it’s on if park in garage. "

"Friendly helpful staff. Always newspaper, fruits, tea, coffee and good drinking water available in the lobby. Good warm breakfast with fresh fruits.

"Absolutely happy with our stay! Other reviews said it needed to be updated but honestly everything is there and everything works- I think the few outdated things (phone, blow dryer, etc) are cute anyways! It was clean, quiet, in a decent part of town, it was cheap, and overall a good experience. We will be staying here again! "

"The hotel did not live up to the reviews at all. The AC could not be turned off, so it was a constant 28 degrees in the room. None of the channels worked. We got a new room twice, but it didn't help with the missing TV channels.
Besides the three shortcomings mentioned above, their Hot tub is turned off and decommissioned, even though their pictures on their website show otherwise.
There was a lot of noise from the ventilation system out in the hallway, even though we had switched off ours in the room.
The cleaning was inadequate and the hotel is very worn. Can't recommend this hotel. We have still not received compensation from Hotels.com, to which the hotel says we must complain."
