"The staff and communication were phenomenal, but the property is quite dated overall. The room stated that it had been fully remodelled, but that did not seem to be a recent remodel based on the bathroom and kitchen. The property was very clear that it did not have air conditioning. However, being on the top floor in the summer made it exceptionally difficult to sleep due to the heat, and with the windows open, there was excessive noise, even at 5 am on a Sunday morning, from laundry deliveries...

"Easy check in. Great communication. Clean room. Be prepared to walk upstairs. Rooms are on 2nd floor. decor is older but clean and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. Coffee and ice cream shop down stairs. Owners run these shops too. Super friendly. The soaking pools are downstairs...Wonderful after a day exploring the mountains. Town is very walkable. Lots of shops, restaurants and a small grocery store with all the basics we needed. Would definitely stay...

"This was the most beautifully renovated property I think I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely well done and you could tell a lot of love and care went in to it. I would (and already have) highly recommend to everyone and will continue to do so. I also don’t have a doubt in my mind that if I’m back in Miles City for the night, I will 100% come back."
