"Very clean. Water provided. Great location. Very private. Comfortable beds. Easy check in. Owner responds quickly. The ladder is a little tricky to go up and down frequently. Not a good fit for anyone with any mobility issues."

"We were the only rental in this little village. It is located on a gravel roads near a run-down park. The kids enjoyed playing there and met some nice kids they played with. This house was perfect. It was so clean, had great A/C and a beautiful shower with the best water pressure we’ve had on our trip so far. There is one small frying pan - we could have used another. And no butter knives - but otherwise was well equipped! We would definitely recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay in San Ignacio at the Babette House. The house and the grounds were beautiful and clean and had all the amenities except access to washer and dryer. Plenty of room for a group of 9. House had everything we needed and what we ran out of we got at the market close by. Maybe needs more towels but not a big problem if you brought your own. Check in and out were easy ! Melly was always quick to answer our questions. The house is perfectly located near lots of shops and...

"What a cute place! We were a mixed group of ages traveling with 9 people total. The house was exactly as advertised. In a quiet neighborhood and 1 min walk to Cahal Pech and 8 minute drive to Xunantich ruins. Lots of little restaurants around and gas and groceries right down the road. The host was fabulous! Thank you Nelly."
