"The Staff was friendly, courteous, and treated us like family. The food and service were phenomenal. Above our expectations, Not a worry while on the premises.
Everything is in walking distance, the beach is across the road. The resort has seating at the beach prearranged.
The disappointment that had nothing to do with the resort, is the main airport is 1 in half hour traveling.
Recommend this resort, you would not regret it!"

"I did not like the nightly food that was specifically prepared for me n my family.i stayed for 5 nights and the only time i enjoyed my dinner was the last night before i left.It was Caribbean night. I did not like Italian night,or French night and it was not much of a variety for me. Another thing is all inclusive I did not appreciate signing a nighty receipt of how much the food would have cost us if we didn’t do all inclusive. I came for vacation n not to see that. "My wife and I stayed at Harmony suites for 8 days for a combined business and holiday . It was a nice and silent little family hotel. The rooms and surroundings need some modernization and the pool are not very nice. It has a nice placement a the waterside in the bottom of the Rodney bay . Nice people and a excellent restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The facilities were always clean and stocked. The people were friendly and helpful. The two pools were great, one was lively and had a swim up bar, and the other was laid back and peaceful. The second pool was also where staff would hold events like water aerobics and pool volleyball. The 5 different restaurants had a lil something for everyone and everything I tried was good to great, it all depends on your taste buds."

"This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

"The check in process was easy as could be with Sam sending me video insturctions on where to find the key and the entry process. Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem one day with the water not working and it was addressed immediately. (A power surge turned the water pump off without us realizing it) and we had water back within 30 minutes. The pool was a nice place to hang around during the hot days. We would love to be back real soon."
