"We really enjoyed this rental home. The location was great for exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park as it was about 10 minutes to Acadia entrance and around 18 minutes to Bar Harbor. You felt like you were in country but still very close to everything. "We had a great stay here! It was quiet, clean, and private, while still being convenient to Acadia National Park. We loved staying on the western side of the island. The host, Becky, was fantastic. She made us feel welcome and went the extra mile when our late arrival meant we got there after the grocery and convenience stores closed. "The home was nice and cozy. It met all our needs, had a well stocked kitchen, linens and laundry. The rooms and bedding were setup nice and clean. Each room has a portable AC so we had to turn that on once we arrived to let the place cool down and air circulate. The location was about 25 minutes drive from Bar Harbor and usually 20-25 minutes away from our daily activities, but it worked out for us just fine."
