"Location, amenities, and off season pricing.Lost a day due to a large storm."

"Perfect location in Bar Harbor and walking distance to pretty much everything. Super comfortable bed and nice common room where I got work done in the mornings with my coffee."

"Very clean, nice size unit close to town and Acadia park entrance. Easy to stop back to the roo. When needed."

"We loved your home! And we loved our hosts! Condo was Very crisp and Clean. Had that brand new smell. Kitchen was organized nicely with all we needed. Perfect amount of space for the two of us. Also, the location was easy to find, and I loved our private little parking spot next to our stairs. Access instructions were perfect. There are two luggage racks with shelves underneath them that allowed us to pretty much live out of our suitcases and use the shelf beneath. We did not miss a...

"Room was clean and comfortable, fantastic location, streaming services were a nice touch. Communication was okay, were responsive but mostly nit timely. Did respond quickly when needed a blanket. The offer for early check in, late check out for a 35 fee was odd, have never come across that. The pictures are nicer than the actual place. Needs some tlc. There’s no garden view from the garden room. There’s no garden at all. One thermostat for whole house. Might not work for everyone. Very...

"Husband and i came to Maine this week and spent 2 days in Bar Harbor. This place was close to lots of shops/bars/restaurants and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. "

"The property was in a convenient location in downtown Ellsworth. The property was an appropriate size for 2 people but it was pretty outdated. The stove was not full size but otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. The shower was very small and the water pressure was not great. We had some issues getting into the building as there were no check in instructions provided but the host called us back after a few minutes. There is a pretty river walk behind the building. The place would be very nice...

"Clean property. Comfortable stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything our family needed and was the perfect size for the four of us. It was clean, comfortable, and made a great home base after long days of exploring. It isn’t a luxury rental, but it had all the essentials and was exactly what we were looking for. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we’re back in the area!"

"This was a good place to stay if you were going to Arcadia National Park the second floor apartment was good the air conditioner in the living room worked very well as well as in the bedroom"

"Wonderful stay!"

"This is a nice, clean and roomy cottage for 4 people. It is right off the main road with easy access to enter or exit. 2 Comfy queenbeds in eack bedroom with attached bathroom. Dinner ware and fully furnished house has all amenities with 3 tvs.Nothing to complain. Just a few miles to Ellsworth town center and the main Acadia park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Was well worth the money."
