"I don’t usually leave a review but this place deserves one how they ever obtained an exceptional rating is beyond me. Started out my stay walking into my room to find it a humid 78° with barely functioning air-conditioning when brought to the staff attention they told me that was as good as it gets.! and handed me a box fan I spent every night there sweating and barely able to sleep. "Hotel stay was overpriced for what you get which is just a bed and shower. Have to pay to park at this property which I didn’t realize. Breakfast is not included. We used the pool and there were no clean towels. It took 45 minutes for that staff to bring them down. Our room wasn’t ready for our check in time. Had to wait over two hours past the listed check in time."

"This is an older hotel but it’s well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is perfect which is reflected in the pricing. My room had 2 double beds which were extremely comfortable. The room is a little small but if you had more people in it but just fine for a solo traveler. The bathroom is definitely on the small side where the closing door comes close to the toilet but still manageable for me. "Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!"

"This is a beautiful place to stay with beautiful views, easy access to the beach, and great food choices within walking distance including the nice restaurant located inside the Hotel. Be warned that there is a new parking garage fee of $18 a day. I wasn't aware of this charge until checked in."

"Only reason im writing this is because they had no microwaves in any of the hotel room (none) they had 1 in the whole hotel it was downstairs and it was nasty looked like it never been cleaned and I heard that some of the rooms don't even have a refrigerator so you cant keep your stuff cold while on vacation"

"This property is not even close to average. The parking lot is close and crowded. The linens were clean but minimal. When asked them for enough towels for each person to have one they we very willing to provide them. There was a small kitchenette area but there was NOTHING in it except a microwave--not one plate, bowl, pan, fork, spoon, etc. There was a pull-out couch we needed to use but it was incredibly lumpy, the springs were messed up, it sank in the middle, etc. In other words, it was...

"Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was immaculate. The pool created a very nice atmosphere to relax in the infinity pool which had an amazing view of the nearby surfing pool and have a nice drink. "The price was reasonable for what it was however, the room itself was not very clean. There was trash between the beds and behind the couch. The sheets on the pull out couch were gross so my littles had to share the couch which we covered in an extra sheet we got from the staff. The shower still had random hairs from the previous persons.
