"Hotel overbooked rooms, we supposed to have had a king but ended up with two queen beds. They did lower the cost of the room. Also it sounded like elephants in the room above us. For hours none stop pounding. Ended up seeing two small children at the free breakfast the next morning."

"First night there, the room I was given was dirty. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed recently, the couch was covered in what looked like dog hair. The desk and night stands had not been wiped down and the refrigerator was dirty. They moved me to another room. It was better but the floors and couch were dirty. The room was not cleaned during your stay according to signage (unless you stay longer than a week) and our bed cover and sheets had a couple of old (but washed?) stains.
Otherwise the room appeared clean. The hot water supply and shower head in the bathroom worked fine.
Though the...
