"We had a plesant stay, sleeping in good beds and with pillows better than average. Checking in and out was an ease. We didn’t have any other interaction with the staff as there isn’t breakfast at this hotel. The room was not cleaned during your stay according to signage (unless you stay longer than a week) and our bed cover and sheets had a couple of old (but washed?) stains. "The staff was terrible. They said I boom through Expedia so any concerns had to go through them. The room was very old and outdated. Disgusting to say the least. Holes in the wall and stains all over the couch. I was told it’s a pet friendly room what do you expect. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in."

"Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found."

"One desk clerk was not engaged, didn't speak clearly and was on his cell phone when we come in. Said he was too busy to get any carts collect bring in guest luggage. Pants half way down his ass. Morning attendant for breakfast not dressed well for that job. Our pillows were just thrown on the bed. Didn't look nicely made."

They attempted to give us a room with a door that leads to the next room with some kind of chair against it with advanced notice that there may be a lot going on with the neighbors but just stuck it up. "Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

"The staff was very nice. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning! Mold was in the shower. Very loud rattling air conditioner unit. Breakfast was average, toaster was broken."
