The condo is super clean inside and out, the rooms have plenty of sleeping space, everyone liked the two balconies with a good view of the ocean. The location is great, just 1/2 block from the beach and we didn't have to cross a street to get there. The 101 Freeway is nearby the noise is minimal and no one had any trouble sleeping. "We came down for my husband’s reunion weekend at Cal Poly with my parents and our 10-week-old infant. My parents stayed in the casita and we set up the smaller bedroom as our nursery, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and room. It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of amenities and a great location close to the beach. The check-in process was very easy, communication was great throughout and the house was very clean. "Specious property, well appointed with comfortable amenaties. On the whole, everything was clean. The carpets were dirty on both sets of stairs, with visable stains. The pots and pans were stratched with loose handles. The property management company responded fairly quicktly to replace them. Great for families and multiple people"
