"Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. "

"This is a gem in the inside but deceptively not on first outside glance. The place could have used some shelving in bathrooms. Maybe a better cupboard for dishes. We are older and getting down on the floor to get the dishes was a bit hard. But the place was overall great for four of us. Great outside sitting and a great grill. "

"This self-contained unit was clean and well appointed. The convenient location in downtown Charleston is within walking distance to many nice restaurants. The host was responsive in addressing our requests. There are sirens and helicopters in the area, but this is to be expected due to proximity to the medical center. We would stay here again."
