"Immaculate. It felt brand new. It is very bright and welcoming. Probably the best rental we have ever stayed at."

"The house was very comfortable for us and very central to everything we wanted to do. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog and Thomaston has the best dog park, about a 3 minute drive from the house. It’s not really a walkable neighborhood, but that was the only downside. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding weekend. Loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee looking out over the harbor. Very quite neighborhood. Located a couple minutes from downtown Rockland, Owls Head Transportation just down the street along with the State Park. Wedding venue was 3 miles away in South Thomaston. It was exactly as described, comfy, cozy and allowed pets. Fenced in yard for the dog was a huge plus. Hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location so close to Rockland. Lovely views of the boats in the bay. House very well equipped and clean. It’s all on one floor - convenient for seniors and hard to find. The only real drawback was lack of porch, deck and access to outside space. We would return again."

"The home was exactly as expected! Relaxing and comfortable!"

"Such a great little place to stay - the neighborhood is so cute and lots of places to walk. The house has everything you need. Bathroom is large - 2 sinks. Beds are comfortable. Loved the snacks that they provided and coffee/cream. Loved the front sitting area. All was perfect!"

"Amazing little house tucked away close to the river. It was very clean and nicely furnished. I had a great time staying here and it was very close to downtown Thomaston."

"My friends and I had a great time at Come Spring Farm! We got hit with a lot of rain as soon as we arrived and it was really cool to watch the storm through the windows in the dome. We were impressed with the bathroom/shower facilities and the Coop hang out space, and I was thrilled to help feed the animals in the morning. We hope to return soon!"

"Our little group of three had a wonderful time in Rockland. Paul and Molly are lovely hosts, we even received a plate of homemade brownies that were delicious. Their dog, Jacques, brought joy to my day and i looked forward to our daily interactions. We absolutely loved the local restaurants and the convenient location of the house to everything"

"Well maintained older property with a gorgeous view across a large backyard. A great place to crash while exploring Maine. Everything we needed was available plus more entertainment in the garage we didn’t have time to take advantage of. The A/C splits were a welcome addition since it was 90 on some of our days there. "
