Parking – Free public parking is available in Warkworth Town Square and on The Butts, approximately 50–100 metres from the property.
Pets – Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge per stay.

THE PROPERTY DETAILS
The Old Forge comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The flexible sleeping arrangements include a queen bedroom, a zip-and-link king bedroom that can be converted into two singles upon request, and a spacious second-floor king bedroom with its own en-suite, making the property ideal for families and groups of friends. The Old Forge isn`t suitable for guests with limited mobility, and because of its age and unique layout, it can`t be modified to become accessible.

Designed with comfort in mind, the property features a welcoming living room complete with a wood-burning stove, creating a cosy atmosphere throughout the cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering holidays, while guests can also enjoy a Nespresso coffee machine to start each morning. The enclosed rear garden offers a wonderful extension of the living space, complete with a BBQ, children`s playset, and trampoline for outdoor enjoyment.
