The bungalow was comfortable and the loft was a favorite for our son, who enjoyed climbing the ladder. The fresh eggs were much appreciated, and the duck eggs were truly delicious. "Our 3rd year returning to this wonderful home in Calais! The close proximity to Montpelier and Stowe is a blessing, but the best part is hitting that dirt road on the way to the house. The community is so welcoming, always offering a wave or a smile. The house is situated on a gorgeous piece of land, walking distance to Curtis Pond.
