"You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed...

"This home was wonderful. It is in a great neighborhood, the house is roomy and clean, there were many amenities, and the owner was very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend it for a short or longer term stay. We will look to stay there again any time we are visiting family in the area."

"We (my husband, our sons and their families) stayed in this lovely home for almost a week. Everyone had enough space to be comfortable. In addition, the hosts did many things to make us feel welcome. The linens provided were good quality, the home was clean, and all our questions were answered promptly. If you are visiting the Finger Lakes area, I highly recommend this listing!"

"The house was perfectly appointed. There are two small refrigerators in the kitchen and a large refrigerator and freezer on the bottom floor, which worked out great. Plenty of storage for all our food. The master bedroom is very large and comfortable. There is a large walk in closet and a nice bathroom attached. The other two bedrooms are also big and spacious with plenty of room. The bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms, was nice in that there is a door between the toilet/shower area and...

"Location was excellent for access to many of the area’s natural wonders including Ithaca falls and Watkins Glenn. The riverfront property was very close to downtown Ithaca, making runs in for dinner a breeze. A bit of a hike, but we walked to the wegmans supermarket across the river. So shopping was convenient too!House was clean and everything was functional. Diane was very prompt in answering any questions. Riverfront property was nice: waking up to see crew boats from the local college...
