"There is a steep hill up to the property and once your @ the parking spot, you must hike a bit more to get to the rental. Nice pool, very clean property! Owners reprimanded teenagers for playing ball in the pool, so I would have to assume that this property prefers adults over kids. Entrance to property is not well marked (but neither is any other property on Moorea!). "

"What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night. Good value for the money!"

"We booked 2 nights. Upon arrival the house was in a dirty state. it was just digusting. The floor were sticky and dirty. The kitchen was in terrible state. The shower was blocked by hairs.. Furthemore It is not right to promote a breakfast when on 1st day there was just 3 eggs for 2 and some Bread . No jam no butter nothing... On 2nd day same 3 eggs arrived when we were leaving.... no juice no cornflakes as advertied on their pictures FELIX the person in charge is a good person but the owner...

"Fully furnished and only a 5-minute walk to grocery store. Car available to rent Private garden. Clean and spacious. Be sure to read all the extra fees though. They add up on arrival. Highly recommend for price and quiet. "

"Avis mitigé... c'est davantage un village vacances qu'un hôtel. Aucun endroit pour manger, il faut prévoir du petit déjeuner au dîner. L'isolation est inexistante, dès qu'un voisin lève le volet électrique, tout le monde est réveillé ! Points positifs : la gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement et les équipements du logement (machine à laver et sèche linge). Parfait pour un séjour à Moorea en famille, mais pas forcément pour une lune de miel cocooning !!"

"Jenny, the property manager was great with checkin explaining things, offering recommendations, and answering questions. The views from the expansive deck are out of this world. The location is ideal and convenient, particularly if you have a car. Owner Marc was also great with answering questions with the booking, driving in Moorea, and directions. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would book this unit again. Highly recommended."
