"We booked a room with seaview, but the view is to a big ferry terminal. We got upgraded for free to a higher floor and bigger room. The view was almost the same, but it was a nice gesture to get a bigger room. Everything is very clean and new. Huge bed. Nice coffeemachine. Nice AC. Proper bathroom. Central location, walking distance to shops, food etc. Very helpfull guy in the reception. We stayed for 2 nights monday-tuesday and at night we expirienced no remarkable noise. The reeftop bar is...

"This property was beautiful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special appreciation for front desk personnel Viritahi and Ambrine who went out of their way to accommodate our every request. The restaurant was also amazing with excellent food. From the footbridge we were able to see many topical fish and even an octopus. Highly recommend Cook's Bay Hotel and Suites. We hope to return soon."
