"Hilton var en fantastisk oplevelse! Servicen var sublim, vi kunne ikke have bedt om mere. Al personale var altid smilende, lige fra receptionen til restauranter og rengøring til transport rundt på hotellet med kufferterne. Alle ansatte virkede oprigtigt glade, og de var interesserede i at sludre og spørge ind til os som gæster. Der er gratis opfyldning af minibaren og vand på værelserne hver dag, hovedrengøring og skift af alle håndklæder, klude osv. og også aftenservice med redning af sengen...

"Cook’s Bay is one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve stayed at many fantastic places around the world. The staff was amazingly nice. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked. The showers were hot. The towels were first class. Most important for us was the amazing snorkeling right off the edge of the property and the amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Moorea. We saw sharks, turtles and rays along the beautiful coral reef...

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The lagoon bungalow I stayed in was clean and the view was great. The A/C worked too. A lovely place to stay. My only complaint was the lack of parking and you had to pay a lot for extra’s such as beach towels, so bring your own. "

"Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. "

"Absolutely amazing views! Quiet, peaceful, right on the beach. Felt like we were staying at a private beach house. Room had plenty of space, air conditioning worked well, beach towels for water activities. And a central living room and kitchen with spectacular sunset views and relaxing chairs to lounge. Highly recommend!! "

"Everything was great. The room was so beautiful. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have bikes you can borrow for a quick run to the grocery store. We also enjoyed taking out the paddle boards. "

"Make clear to guests that beach is not conducive to swimming due to very low depth and coral that scrapes the hands and feet when trying to swim. I was mislead and persevered until I realized that depth was not going to change."

"We booked a room with seaview, but the view is to a big ferry terminal. We got upgraded for free to a higher floor and bigger room. The view was almost the same, but it was a nice gesture to get a bigger room. Everything is very clean and new. Huge bed. Nice coffeemachine. Nice AC. Proper bathroom. Central location, walking distance to shops, food etc. Very helpfull guy in the reception. We stayed for 2 nights monday-tuesday and at night we expirienced no remarkable noise. "I arrived early and waited till my room was ready. At about 11 it was. All was in order and they had a batch of adapters for me to plug my phone in.The room was spacious and everything worked well. My breakfast, though extra, was a work of art. At night my hosts were gracious and allowed me to stay in the public area past checkout."
