Private ferieboliger i Montreat

"Absolutely charming and very well equipped small home. A lot of small amenities to make it welcoming. Didn't realize it had steps, that was our fault for not checking. We found the registration process to be confusing trying to do it through Expedia as it was a vbro. The owner went out of her way to be helpful."

"We have rented the same property for the last four or five years and love it. The host goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend both the house and the hostess and host."

"Home away from home"

"House was perfect for our three week stay. Plenty of space for everyone! We loved the well stocked, open concept living/kitchen space upstairs and having a separate “kid space” downstairs. WiFi was strong and location is super convenient to all black mountain has to offer! The downstairs stays super chilly if you like to sleep cold. Our one downside was hearing the road noise from the porch, but otherwise we loved this stay!"

"Our family enjoyed our one night stay here. It’s a cute house with a good setup. We may stop here next year too on our way through."

"The house is nice. Neighborhood is beautiful. Cheshire is lovely and we loved the pub! However, the highway down below is active and noticeable. We noticed a musty smell upon arrival and wondered if the house had been closed up for a while. It subsided but if you’re sensitive to air quality it’s of note. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked for cooking. One of the best kitchens we seen in a VRBO. The hot tub was serviced during our stay(each Tuesday) and was very clean. We...

"The host is fantastic at communication and does a great job making sure everything is great for your stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Could not ask for more!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Holly’s Romantic Mountain Retreat. The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even more spacious than we expected. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, and the property provided the perfect mountain getaway. We especially appreciated how clean everything was and how well-equipped the cabin was for a comfortable stay.Holly was a fantastic host, and it was...

"this is a mountain retreat with a great view looking west and is in a secluded area but close to everything you need. there is a steep driveway to navigate, once you’re here it is very relaxing."

"Beautiful house, great location, great host!"

"We loved the place! The location, the view, the house, the decor, the screened porch, the back deck - everything was perfect. We'll be back!"

"The house was clean and nice for our group of 5 adults. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice area.We didn't use the hot tub.The driveway is shared and if guests are in there other house you are sharing a total of 4 spaces. One could pull parallel behind, and one could pull off the driveway. We weren't comfortable with the street parking because it was narrow and kind of overgrown. Host responded quickly each time I reached out."

"We loved our stay at the Blue Fox cottage. The house is clean and just as listed. Large yard with hot tub and sauna. Ample outdoor seating and solo stove. Communication w the host was easy and timely. We had everything we needed for our family weekend away. Fun to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Overall this place was 10/10 and we would definitely stay again."

"Fantastic choice for families traveling. Host has high chair and pack and play along with a selection of kids books which really helped with packing and made the kids feel right at home. My three year old keeps asking when we can go back to the red cabin."

"This is the cleanest rental house we have ever stayed in! You can tell the cleaning people do a thorough job and this really sets the house apart from others. We did not cook in the kitchen but there were plenty of stocked utensils and cookware and many other amenities throughout. The photos in the listing represent the property well. The neighborhood is so cute and cozy and you get a lot of house for the price. The proximity to The Blue Ridge Parkway is also a plus. We would stay here again."

"Clean, great location"
