"LOVED the cabin and the property! It was super clean and our screened in porch was perfect sitting out in the evening and drinking our morning coffee. The drive was a little intimidating at first but so worth the drive up the mountain!! What a view!"

"This place is FANTASTIC!! It's quiet, peaceful, and has incredible views of the mountains. Don't let the drive up intimidate you because it is worth it!! The hosts are so nice and have paid attention to all the details that made staying here special, from the automatic nightlight in the bathroom to the games in the living area. I have now convinced myself I need a small cabin tucked high in the woods because I didn't want to leave. Black Mountain and Montreat are small towns with so much charm...

"The cabin was charming, peaceful, and easy to access. It felt private without being so secluded that I felt completely isolated. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the cabin was thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The hosts were very responsive and made the entire stay easy and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again!"

"The view from this cozy cabin was so beautiful. We could eat breakfast out on the covered deck even in the rain. Everything one needs in a kitchen was there, good cookware and cooktop. Cozy blankets helped on cool nights. Highly rrecommend."

"We were looking for a quiet cabin with mountain views and a hot tub that wasn’t toooooo remote and that’s exactly what this is. Property is surrounded by other houses but we only saw one other person the entire time (and one bear minding his own business walking down the street). Check-in and out were low stress and easy. "The information about the internet connection provided by Vrbo was incorrect. Fortunately, there was a sheet of paper in the cabin with correct information. The bed was very soft--so soft that it was hard to even sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off. The access information provided by Vrbo was incorrect--there was no place to enter the access code. Fortunately, the cabin was unlocked and there were keys on the kitchen counter. It is a delightful little cabin which served us well."

"Well-appointed cabin. Every day made us love it more! Great hosts! The cypress and pine ceilings in the cabin are stunning!!! The great room is perfect for relaxing and getting all the mountain cabin "feels"! During the summer, the foliage blocks the mountain views, but we didn't mind as we felt tucked away in nature and had privacy. Very close to downtown Black Mountain and Montreat. Fabulous location! The king bed and twin beds were very comfortable for adults. Didn't try the queen bed....
