    The Space:

    This spacious and tastefully decorated 2-bedroom apartment located on the second floor offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and functionality for up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a queen ideal for friends, children, or colleagues.



    The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with a Smart TV, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and a relaxing lounge space perfect for movie nights or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking tools for preparing meals just like at home.



    Two full bathrooms ensure extra convenience.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment this is a private space just for you. That includes both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the open-concept living and dining area, and the private terrace.



    Check-in is easy, flexible, and secure. We offer self-check-in via a key lockbox, located on the right side of the garage. You’ll receive clear instructions and your access code in advance, so you can arrive anytime after 4 PM at your convenience.



    🚗 Private on-site parking is included, and free street parking is also available nearby (just be sure to follow city signage).



    🚧 Please Note – Ongoing Construction in the Area City construction projects are currently underway nearby, especially on Hochelaga Street. This may occasionally affect local travel or access due to detours or noise. We’ve been informed that a few steps on the staircase leading to the apartment feel slightly loose. We’ve had them inspected, and we want to reassure you that the staircase is safe and secure the steps are stable and not at risk of falling. That said, we kindly ask that you use caution when going up and down the stairs. The property is located on the second floor of the building

    ⚠️ **Important Information Regarding Your Stay**



    We would like to let you know that there are currently roadworks taking place on Hochelaga Boulevard directly in front of the property. As a result, some detours may be in place when you arrive.



    For easier access, we recommend using **Jeanne-d'Arc Street, d'Orléans Avenue, or De Rouen Street**. These routes will allow you to access the rear of the building, where the parking area is located and where you can conveniently access the property.



    In the interest of full transparency, we would also like to mention that some units in the building are occupied by long-term residents. One of the residents occasionally smokes outside the building. While smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, smoking outdoors is permitted. During the summer months, when windows are open, there may occasionally be a slight cigarette smell noticeable from outside.



    We simply wanted to share this information in advance so that you can make an informed decision and know exactly what to expect. Transparency is very important to us, and we want every guest to have the best possible experience.

    Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted in the apartment. For everyone’s comfort, please avoid excessive noise after 11:00 p.m., and note that unregistered visitors are not allowed.

The place was very clean, both bedrooms were a good size, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms. The bonus was the covered car port in the back. We had an ice storm and snowstorm in the same week, and it saved our car! We would stay here again.
