IMPORTANT: Apartments in this building are located on the first and second floor and there is no elevator. The first floor of the building is one level above street level.

All our apartments can be reserved instantly and include a customer support team available to answer your questions. Each of our apartments is equipped with linens and towels, high-speed wireless Internet, television, air conditioning, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Our building is located on one of Montreal busiest streets. It is surrounded by amazing restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs. In order for you to enjoy being in the heart of the city without the inconvenience of the outside noise, we have just installed brand new noise canceling windows in all of our bedrooms.

Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighborhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Saint-Laurent Street also hosts the MURAL urban art festival, the most important of its kind in North America; the street becomes pedestrian and the effervescence is at its peak as muralists from around the world compete in talent and creativity to create their most beautiful creations.

The closest metro station to our building is Sherbrooke station - orange line (9 mins walk). We are also very close to the Berri-UQAM station - orange, green and yellow line (16 mins walk) which is very useful, as it allows you to take three different metro lines. In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.) and we are next to the Berri Bus Station, Montreal`s main bus station (15 mins walk).
