For what was charged, I was very surprised by the lack of professionalism.THE GOOD* The apartment is safe.* Located on the 2nd floor (which in French means the 3rd floor).* The neighborhood is fantastic—yes, there is noise at night, but this is expected in summer vacation season and with students preparing for classes.* The unit itself is ample in size: a studio with a kitchen.THE BAD* No check-in instructions were ever provided. The only communication I received was two phone calls: one to confirm my card and rate (a little over 1200 for the month), and another to say someone would meet me with the key. That person arrived 15 minutes late, handed me the key, and left quickly, looking rushed.* The apartment was dusty upon arrival.* The fan provided during a heat wave was broken and barely moved any air.* The Wi-Fi is extremely slow, and the only way I found the login info was by stumbling across a printed sheet hidden in the apartment.* The “host” or company does not communicate. I sent inquiries during the stay and received no response. The only message I got was at checkout.My advice: DO NOT book this place and do NOT work with this company. They are unprofessional, hands-off.
