"The location is great. But the unit was in poor repair. The carpet was torn and coming up off the floor. The refrigerator was broken and hot on the inside. They did bring a new refrigerator the next day but the ice maker still didn't work. But the huge issue was there was a problem with water in the entire building. When they finally fixed the water, then there was no hot water. Coming off the slope and you can't take a hot shower really sucks. I called Summit Cove Vacation Lodge's...

"Very close to the slopes!"

"I can’t say I blame the owners of the condo for these comments but I do need to address them. I stayed at River Run for 4 days in those 4 days the fire alarm went off multiple times on the first two days due to malfunctioning equipment. The elevator was broken the hot tub did not work and we had no hot water for a day. It was also very hot and the condo had no AC."

"Wish we had stayed longer than one night. Great location, clean property, and great amenities."

"A little older than other buildings in the area, but it was very clean and convenient to everything in the River Run community. The ad says it sleeps 4, so just be aware that means 2 in the double bed and 2 on the couch. There's no AC, but that seems normal for the area. Just be aware on those hot summer days. It's not really a place you want to hang out in the room anyway."

"Great place! Had everything we needed!"

"Highly recommend. The condo was very well taken care of. The location was perfect, so we could walk to the gondola and downtown. The pool area was loved by our youngest child. The lobby and amenities were very nice as well. "

"Clean and comfortable for my son and I. So convenient to Peru Express - just steps away!"

"This was perfect for our quick stay to see a show at Dillon Amphitheater. It was very clean, comfortable, and next to the rec trail to the venue. The host was communicative and available. We would stay here again!"

"Loved staying here for the weekend while attending a show at Dillion Amphitheater."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience and rental was slightly above average. The unit is very hot in the Summer and the master bedroom windows “do not” have screens - hence not ideal to open a window without letting critters in.The Management Company was very...
