"La dame était très gentille. Il n'y a rien à redire là-dessus. Par contre, en termes de service, c'est à désirer. J'avais commandé une chambre supérieure. Au final, j'ai eu une chambre simple. Elle m'a offert le petit-jeuner pour compenser, mais le petit-jeuner n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Au final, j'ai perdu plus d'argent qu'autre chose. Si j'aurais su, je ne serais pas allé chez elle, parce que la chambre qu'elle m'a donnée, il y avait la salle de bain avec vitrées, donc aucune intimité pour...

"Lovely quaint chalet style accommodation. Clean and modern with a great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Stayed here 1 night, to go skiing in Cervinia for 2 days. Works well for that, simple, reasonable price and relative convenient, self check in and good breakfast next morning. The only thing that we were not so happy with was that there were no duvets, only sheets with bedcover. Though everything else, bathroom, sheets etc was nice and clean. Bedcover was obviously not cleaned every day, but as it was too cold to sleep with just a thin sheet, we had to leave the bedcover on…. I really didn’t ...

"We had a wonderful stay at Camere Hostellerie HIBOU. The rooms are wonderfully cozy and clean. The host Davide is kind and very helpful - he suggested some gorgeous hikes in the area and told us about an ongoing local festival. The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day. Additionally, the location is walking distance to everywhere in town and the local free bus. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Wij moesten om te kunnen inchecken foto’s maken van onze ID-bewijzen en deze ‘uploaden’. Met de kans op datalekken en/of identiteitsfraude vond ik dit zeer vervelend. We hebben gedurende ons verblijf, ook bij het inchecken, geen medewerkers gezien. Het is een mooi verblijf voor een nacht maar dus niet voor meerdere nachten. Het ontbijt bestond uit voorverpakte croissants en koekjes. Gedurende de 4 dagen dat wij daar zijn geweest, zijn de handdoeken niet verschoond. De prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding...

"Very nice small and welcoming hotel. The rooms are comfortable. Every room has an individual look. Very welcoming employees. SPA offers a lot. Close to Aosta "

"Very good, beautiful location and very helpful owners. There is a small hill down to the property where there is ample parking but if the road had been snowy/icy we were advised to leave the car up the hill, a short walk away. But also bring chains just in case! Being able to ski to and from a nearby car park would be good for those there for a longer stay...we got passes at the main car park each day due to weather uncertainty. If Cervinia and/or Zermatt are closed, and you don't fancy driving...
