"Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. Although the freeway parallels the home the noise level is next to...

"Loved this little cozy cottage by the sea. Great location and quick walk to Red Kettle Coffee every morning!!! Only suggestion is access to the home. We followed all instructions to a T. We struggled and had to call Casago for help. They were quick and helpful. Added words to your instructions could be Turn door knob to the left and door pushes open. We will come back! "

"This was a bright, modern, clean condo. The only noise at night was the crashing of the waves. The access to the beach was so close and easy! The balcony was a nice spot to have coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean, and we enjoyed reading out there in the afternoon. Would stay there again!"

"We had such a wonderful stay! This home is so cozy and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for all our activities in Santa Barbara and Summerland. The porch swing is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning."

"The hosts were more than wonderful! When we had problems with the TV, they were there in five minutes to show us what had gone wrong. The house was lovely and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities we could have asked for. The patio area was beautiful also. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a restful retreat."

"Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!"
