Byhuse i Monte San Savino

"At arrival we were presented for a totally unsympathetic room/suite placed in a separate building on ground floor with windows toward public space. And the owner informed us that it was not possible to get breakfast because it was a suite and not a room at the B&B. We booked the suite because it was a bigger room and more expensive than a standard room at B&B. And we communicated with the owner in July ( a month before arrival) when we booked our stay and agreed on the price for the breakfast....

"Hotel is conveniently located near train station and near centre. It has a very nice deck which overlooks centre of the city. The Hotel Hostess is very helpful and kind. It is a very homelike atmosphere. "

"This is a little gem, just steps away from the town center; it was fantastic! The room was spotless, with all sorts of amenities (wine glasses, bottle opener, purified water, espresso, etc.), and the host was extremely helpful and informative. The continental breakfast is next store at the fanciest pastry cafe in town!"

Impagabile la possibilità di fare colazione in appartamento con Cinzia che si è sempre resa disponibile per rifornirci ogni giorno di tutto. Caratteristico il giardino interno. Consigliatissimo, si trova nel centro storico di Pienza, dove si respira un’atmosfera davvero unica. "

"The hotel was in an incredible location!! Steps away from the centre, shopping and restaurants. The view from the window in our room was breathtaking. Getting to the hotel, dropping off our bags, and then finding parking was a bit of an ordeal. The staff and hotel made it all worth it though! "

"This property was great. It was conveniently located, close to restaurants and shopping, and also walking distance to parking. The owner was very nice and even made dinner reservations for us. The room was actually an apartment with refrigerator, small kitchen area, couch, and dining table. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"Great location, but it is very confusing because the photo used for advertising is a museum it is not the place you are booking. Also it is not the kind of hotel we are use to book, it is difficult, because if you don’t get to the property on time for any reason, they leave and you have to wait outside with your suitcase and hot weather. Next time I will book a hotel with front desk. But I need to say that it was cleaned and nice room, bathroom and great location!"

"Für das Zimmer muss man an 2 Adressen gehen um zuerst den Schlüssel für das andere Gebäude abholen. Zusammen mit 1 km Parkhaus ist das ziemlich aufwendig und mühsam. Das Zimmer ist gut."

"General the hotel was OK and close to to Mainroad from Firenze og the old town. Despite the Hotel was relative new there were some missing Things such as soap holder in the bath and toilet paper holder. It was not posible to regulate the air condition temperature or stop it (noise in the night)"
