Beautiful apartment on the fourth floor of a building on Baschieri Street, a street adjacent to Via Roma and very convenient for reaching free beaches, shops, ferry departures, and public transport on foot.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a single room with two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed, and a very comfortable double sofa bed.
At the entrance, we immediately find on the left a bathroom with a shower and a nice living room with an open kitchen. From the living room and the double bedroom, there is access to a balcony with a sea view, and from the single room, there is a small balcony with an internal view.
The house is well exposed and enjoys good light, it has air conditioning and wifi.
