"At arrival we were presented for a totally unsympathetic room/suite placed in a separate building on ground floor with windows toward public space. And the owner informed us that it was not possible to get breakfast because it was a suite and not a room at the B&B. We booked the suite because it was a bigger room and more expensive than a standard room at B&B. And we communicated with the owner in July ( a month before arrival) when we booked our stay and agreed on the price for the breakfast....

"I had a very enjoyable stay here! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The place was centrally located. It had the most beautiful view of the city and the surrounding rolling hills from the breakfast area and my room. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again! "

"Wonderful historical property situated in the heart of Montepulciano with car parking available a short walk away. Our room was very comfortable with lovely period furnishings. "It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"What a great place to stay in Siena! Clean, stylish and very comfortable. It’s just a few steps around the corner to the central Piazza de Campo and all the wonderful shops and restaurants in that area. Our host, Hamza, was fabulous! We had great recommendations for restaurants, area attractions, help with reservations, taxi rides and much more! Hamza went out of his way to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home in Siena. "Fantastisk værtinde, meget opmærksom, hjælpsom og interesseret i sine gæsters velbefindende. Morgenbordet bestod af meget forskelligt hjemmebag, hjemmelavede marmelader mm. Hun hygger meget om stedet. Haveforhold mangler endnu at blive helt færdiggjort. Monte San Savino by er hurtigt overskuet, men B&B-placeringen er god og central for ture i området til fx. Arezzo."

"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

Great stay
"The welcome at the reception was SO nice and warm, that we felt welcome, right there. We have orders a room with garden view - Waaauuu, do it you won’t regret it. Help when we had a few questions, good breakfast etc. Next time in Siena - yes for sure, this is where I will go and stay. "
