"What a lovely hotel in the heart of Montepulciano! The staff (I assume the family) were so friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely! I only stayed for one night but I wish I stayed longer."

"Pros: 1. Beautiful property with an amazing view. 2. Spacious family suite 3. Comfortable bed 4. Quiet, waking up to birds singing in the morning. Cons: 1. Stink bugs in the suite; once we understood they are common this time of year and easy to capture and release outside, it was ok. 2. Showers are very small. 3. A/C not turned on this time of year; was not offered fans until the last day. 4. Minimal amenities. 5. Few outlets The villa is beautiful, just be prepared for a “rustic”...

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful and picturesque location. Very friendly staff. Please note that the pool was not filled as we stayed late April/early May. The pool was to be filled for the summer season which takes place in mid May. Air-conditioning would also be available to come mid May. We could not regulate the temperature in our suite however, we were able to open up the windows and catch the breeze in the evening."

"Located at the country side with a great view. Room pretty basic but clean and tidy. Cannot help to feel the place is over priced and everything seems to be about money. We had to pay instantly up front and when I asked for a second bed sheet (we can't sleep with only 1 bed sheet and it's never a problem anywhere to get a socond one), the owner wanted Euro 5 for 'washing'... not exactly customer service."

"Absolute gem of a place. If you know, you know this is what boutique stays are all about. Stylish, relaxed, top tier attention to detail, amazing service that makes like you are staying with your coolest friends (that you probably don't have in real life - lol). My only regret about staying here is that I didn't book long enough. Can't wait to come back. Thank you, Paulo and team!!!!! <3"
