KITCHEN AND DINING The gourmet kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and lots of counter space, where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy with family. If you’re in the mood of an outdoor meal, the gas grill and patio set are set on the patio. All outdoor furniture is available seasonally. Guest access The entire property is available for your use! Other things to note This home is located in a residential area; therefore, there is a strict no-party rule in place. No loud noise is allowed after 9 pm. Please be considerate of the neighbors and do not park on the road. No smoking is allowed and there will be a $500 penalty if violated.
Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely. It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.
