"What a lovely, secluded, quiet and peaceful location! And the studio is beautifully furnished with a country resort theme. Great attention to detail and all the comforts of home! I highly recommend and will return often!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"

"We basically just needed a place to sleep and get ready for the day the next morning. Nice quiet location, clean, no frills with a comfortable bed. This place worked well for our needs. Thank you to our host who was very personable and helpful."

"Everything about this place was easy, clean and very nice. I would note that the couch that pulls out into a ‘bed’ is very, very small. It absolutely does not sleep 2 adults (we are not large humans). That said, we made do with our group of 6 and the provided bedding was very comfortable. Parking was a convenient feature too. "

"Great location. Parking is a little stressful as you probably will not park near the apt unless you are very lucky and there will be a hill."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and well appointed for a multi day stay. The location is excellent for families with a nearby park. The backyard was a nice space to enjoy in the evenings. The property manager was excellent to communicate with and timely in their responses. We will certainly be back!"

"Rental had everything that was needed and cute neighborhood. There were many options for breakfast, coffee, and dinner nearby and also very walkable to the waterfront. We parked in the lot behind the house and paid for ease. We were able to check in early and the host was very quick to respond with answers to any questions. "

"We had the chance to stay at this very cute house for a weekend. It was the perfect size for our group of 5 and close enough to all the locations we wanted to visit while still feeling like we were out of the city. Loved that we could catch one bus to get to and from Lumen field!"

"This property was fantastic! Set in a beautiful, peaceful location with stunning surroundings. Saw many deer and the river was nice. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the entire place was quiet and relaxing—exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend! "

"Booked Jianhua's townhome for my family and they were really impressed with how clean the place was and the space. Jianhua is very proactive with communication and was extremely friendly to deal with. Location is great and in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking available. Would highly recommend anyone book this place!"
