"I didn't like anything about the place. Staff what a joke, if you mean phone on the front desk, it's the only thing that worked. I will not recommend this place(trying to be polite) nor will I ever stay there again."

"Upon arrival I was disappointed with the looks on the outside, so beware. Not the flashiest entrance. The manager didn’t seem to really care. Nice room, and the breakfast was awesome! Overall, for what we paid it was okay, but there is a really nice looking comfort in right next to the dollar general!"

You can’t beat the indoor pool whether it is storming or feels like the fires from hell are raining on earth you can still enjoy a great swim without worrying about lightning or burning to death. "This is the second time I have stayed here. I travel through Quincy for work twice a year. They are definitely trying here, its newly re-opened under new management, but the property is old and a bit musty. Rooms were reasonably clean and actually decorated quite nicely. The breakfast is mediocre. The staff is very pleasant and nice. It's not the quietest place, I could hear people talking the next room until almost 3am, but I'm a night owl so it didn't really bother me that much. It...

"A really nice man, I believe the owner, checked me in. I didn’t see any staff after that. It was quiet and convenient for my stay on my Friends and Family Tour ‘26. I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed and the clean room. A bonus, there’s a great coffee shop called Mia’s in Shelbina. It’s in the grocery store with a drive up."

"The host didn’t pay his power bill and the power was cut off. This is after I sent him the notice that was on the door. They didn’t have WiFi service until the 5th day. His bathroom threshold was a on inch high wooden board that busted your toe at night. They didn’t provide basic supplies like dish washing liquid or coffee supplies . When I I reported this to VRBO and checked out early. The host text me he was part of a business group in the area and he said I would never be able to rent a place...

"There was a terrible mold stall smell in the room…It said it was redone…It didn’t seem any changed since the last time 13 years ago…The bed was extremely comfortable though…The Junction Restaurant was Awesome…Possibly they could figure out what is causing the stall smell and correct it and not try to cover it up…We got to event safely and I thank God for this & family…Not trying to put the owners down…Just a suggestion…Have An Amazing Rest of this Year"

"Location was great for downtown with easy access to anywhere in Quincy Illinois. Quiet and secure parking lot. Hallways smelled a little like old cigarette smoke but not bad. Room was comfortable and clean."
