"Google Maps took me to an adjacent road, Common Road, which I drove up looking for the guest house. I asked a gardener who said they thought it might be next door. "This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

"We arrived late (around 12 pm). The only food we could order was pizza. My colleagues waited more than one hour for the food, and I did not get my food. The reception told me that they did not receive my order which was weird as I ordered same time as my colleagues. I waited 30 min more for the food which was very bad. I could not call the reception as I did not have any phone - I argued with the receptionist about that as she kept telling me that she could hear my phone call. Her colleague later checked the room and corfirmed that the phone was missing. I had to go to the reception every time I needed something. The breakfast was bad too. Will never stay there again"
