"We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). The staff at the hotel said they could not help me even though I had the confirmation info. I had to leave and drive up the hill to where I finally was able...

"The room was very clean, the vacuum cleaner was full and dirty,The air conditioning worked great for the first four days then not as good, hard to get our clothes dry in the dryer, beach view only when you were sitting in one chair on the patio, we very much enjoyed our stay "
