"The beds were hard. I never had a bed that hard in Europe. I stayed 3 nights and 3 times I asked the reception for putting some blankets to soften the bed a bit, they never did it. The brakefast was ok, but just one person to make coffee for all guests. It could be difficult to get a coffee in the morning. There were just two elevators and you had to wait a long time to get up and down. There were no alternatives with stairs. The hotel is way too expensive compared to what you get. Choose a better and cheaper hotel around the corner. "
