"Every one of the 6 mornings we woke here we absolutely reveled in the stunning waves that greeted us. You are literally on the sand! The owner was very kind and helpful, and they'd just weathered a massive storm just before our arrival, so we have to cut them some slack on the cleanliness part. This place is walking distance to pipeline, and we got to see a couple days of the WSL contest. Super cool! Very authentic local living."

"Everything was as advertised. The back yard was a wonderful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. "The Unit in it self is fine, but the couchbed is the worst bed i’ve ever slept in. My wife and I, ended up sleeping on the floor. Most of the lamps in the unit didn’t work.The aircondition wasn’t good enough to cooldown the entire unit. Oh an there were no turtles at the Bay."

"This home is clean, beautiful and the Host provided lots of EXTRAS. The views are amazing from the front (mountains) and the back (ocean). Lots of beautiful flowers in the yard. The housing area is gated and has a booth agent 24/7. We had 9 people, ages 16 - 84. There was plenty of room. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, & 2 full baths (shampoo/conditioner / Dove liquid soap) with lots of bath towels. Downstairs had a half bath, a comfortable couch (sleeper is broken) and a foot bench that...

"We spent a week at Ron's Beach Treehouse in 2018 and again this summer in 2025. The North shore and Sunset beach is already a relaxing place to be, but the Treehouse makes it an exceptional getaway spot.
