Our family holiday at Casa Tilda was sublime. You never quite know what you are getting when booking a villa, but we were not disappointed at all.We are a family of four with two 13-year-olds, a boy and a girl, and the villa accommodated us perfectly. Three good-sized bedrooms, three shower/WCs and plenty of living space made it ideal for us. The lounge has a widescreen internet TV for evening films, while the indoor dining table became the scene of some competitive Monopoly! Outside, the shaded dining area and artificial grass created a lovely relaxed setting. The heated pool was a real bonus and a great size and depth for us. There is also a trunk with beach items including buckets, spades, inflatables and parasols. The kitchen was very well equipped, with useful basics provided, plus milk and other essentials from Sascha. The external utility area with washing machine and drying rack was also very handy. We loved the roof terrace and mango tree. The hillside location worked brilliantly for us. We found a route through Anfi Golf to the beach, around 3km each way, making a great 6km morning walk. The 2.5km uphill walk offers breathtaking coastal views. By car, it is 20–25 minutes to Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés, 10 minutes to Puerto de Mogán and just 6 minutes to Mogán Mall.Sascha was very communicative and helpful, and arranged a 6pm late checkout for 100, which was invaluable with our 9pm flight.Casa Tilda genuinely felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend
