"Alt var bare godt. Fra checkin til checkout. Rent og pænt med super service hver gang. Værelset var flot indrettet og havde gratis minibar og aircondition. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet med alt hvad du har brug for. Godt udvalg af god mad i restauranten. Jeg vil absolut gerne bruge LOFT hotel en anden gang."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but one issue left us disappointed. We had paid for access to the wellness area, including the swimming pool. However, when we arrived at the pool, we were denied entry because our access had not been registered in the hotel's system. The staff member at the pool tried to contact the reception, but was unable to reach them because the reception was too busy. The much later the samme day, after I spoke with the reception, they acknowledged the mistake and gave us access to the pool. Unfortunately, by then our children already had other plans, so we were unable to make use of a service we had specifically paid for during our stay. We didnt got refund for 4 people. While I appreciate that the reception resolved the issue the next day, it should not have happened in the first place. Better communication and coordination between the reception and the wellness area would have prevented this inconvenience. Apart from this, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, this experience had a negative impact on our overall impression."

"Fint hotel, god placering pebret parkering men i en hovedstad er det jo nok meget normalt, steder bære præg af at blive brugt, der er pænt og ok rent, lidt skidt i hjørnerne i fælles arealerne, god morgenmad"
