"Lovely property in a great location"

"Lovely villa, very spacious and exceptionally clean. Pool area is great and a really nice pool. Orchard with fruit you can pick. Villa is split into three separate buildings, one with a double bedroom, downstairs bathroom and kitchen, another with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and the third is attached to the lounge and kitchen has one double bedroom with a bathroom. A car is essential. You do have to take your own rubbish to a rubbish drop off which is a short drive away....

"Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza, la casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla col mare a pochi metri, ma anche in posizione strategica per visitare le più belle località della Val di Noto. L'alloggio è curato e accogliente, dotato di uno splendido e ampio terrazzo, e i proprietari sono persone davvero squisite. Consigliatissimo."

"We enjoyed a relaxing week at Atem Villa. A wonderful good sized swimming pool, a really nice garden too. The amenities are outstanding, with great views. Also, we enjoyed trips to Modica and Ragusa where there are nice choices of places to eat and great evening atmosphere. Hosts were thoughtful. Everything was curated perfectly."
