"Location not ideal"

"Hurtigt indchecking, god plads på værelserne, venligt personale, meget god central beliggendhed. God service da vi mistede et nøglekort."

"We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

"Rigtig fint hotel i et dejligt område af Tokyo. Fantastisk stort værelse, super dejligt til en familie på 4."

"Fint sted med mange faciliteter. Dog var stemning lidt dyster (måske fordi det er et love hotel), da der ikke var nogen vinduer og dekorationen ganske tung så at sige. Servicen var dog helt fantastisk og der manglede ikke noget :-) Karaoke var dog lige ubrugelig og skuffende da det var midi-toner og samme musikvideo til alt. "

"This hotel is a little bit dated, but it is elegant in its own way and has the most remarkable electronics and conveniences I've ever seen in a hotel. The disadvantages that none of the instructions are in English and it's hard to find anyone who understands English well enough to explain it to you 134 with your boarding pass! I'm getting"

"Fint ophold. God beliggenhed tæt på alt det sjove i Shinjuku men stadig roligt område. Morgenmaden er kun en slags yoghurt, så det gider man ikke rigtig. Dårlig plads på værelserne selvom man vælger “delux” size"

"An unforgateble expirience and the best value for money hotel ever! The location was great with heaps of restaurants and supermarkets at the hotel’s doorstep and 2 different train lines within walking distance. It was so convinient to get around! Good amenities and clean and comfy mattress and pillow! I have to say our room was facing the main street so it was a bit noisy at nights but the hotel offered earplugs. The staff were fantasticly accommodating and super helpful. They were so...

"Tattoo-friendly onsen. Små men hyggelige værelser. Fantastisk udsigt. Venligt personale."

"Nice hotel, in a pretty good area, but the rooms are REALLY small, so Maybe get a bigger one of needed. A bit chaos with the check-in, but check-out was easy."

"The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"We had a lovely time. We didn't want to leave. Hotel was in an excellent location close to many things. Everything was thought off and staff were very friendly despite not always being there. Just a phone call away. Such a cool place to stay. The lift goes straight up to our room and very spacious. Thank you"
