"This place was awesome !! We stayed here for three nights and so far has been the best accommodation we’ve had in Japan so far. You have everything you need here. Kitchen, microwave, washer & dryer, even an ice machine !!! The sauna and the outdoors bath was great as well. There were some drinks in a fridge close to the sauna that were delicious. Their fridge in the kitchen was stocked up with drinks. That was a nice surprise."

The room was quite spacious, and all the facilities were new and very clean. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the kettle, hairdryer, and shower were all great. "We loved our stay at the Sunrise Suites! It felt like a real oasis in the city. Granted this is in a quieter part of Kyoto but it still felt very tranquil, set back from the road and with lots of nature incorporated into the design.
