Missouri Breaks National Monument Interpretive Center

The best part of the day was the one staff member who checked me in, and it was the most helpful. The rest of the staff could barely speak. English housekeeping staff didn’t even know what towels and wash rags were when I asked for clean ones. I had to get sheets and pillowcases from a very confused young boy at the front desk after I had asked originally to have staff and housekeeping to make my bed and please sweep the floor, which never happened. I had to make my own bed. The floor never got s swept. TV remote didn’t work. I thought it was the batteries. One helpful staff member the gal who checked me in, got me batteries. Only to find out the TV didn’t work. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and a stank of cigarettes. The hallway stink so bad for an entire day like sewage and truckloads of baby diapers. It was disgusting. There was a leak in the ceiling Something was dripping in the bathroom. Light didn’t work. No one came to check it. I tempted multiple times to call down to the desk to speak with someone and no one answer the phone. There was rarely anyone down there when I went down to seek help. Again, there was only one staff member that was decent and helpful and available when she was on shift It was the gal who checked me in on July 2nd around 3pm, and that same gal also helped me a few times I could catch up with her while she was on shift. It seems like she’s the only one that was ever working when she was actually there.
