"Check in was not organized at all. Nit enough help at check in counter. No microwave in rooms unless you pay for one. Rooms could be cleaner. I will stay at another casino hotel next time. And I think the word resort is taken lightly because I have stayed on resorts that were worthy of saying it's a resort. And the service at restaurants were long waits for service. And when u dint have continental breakfast you should make sure I have in my room whats needed to make my own as a resort. At least...

"The room had gnats for days. We and the air conditioning did not blow cold. I had to request another room. Immediately after I requested the room. I was given another one. However, the air conditioning did not blow cold air and did not stay on for long. Due to the complaint from the gnats and given another room I just dealt with the air conditioner. I will not revisit and would not recommend anyone to this property."

"One problem we encountered was that the room had not been cleaned. The staff came in, made the bed and collected the towels, but did not vaccum or replace towels until we asked later in the day. Also, the TV had a very dark picture. The staff told me they were in the process of replacing the TVs, apologized and provided two drink vouchers."
