"Brand new condo, very modern, in a quiet location. It looks exactly like the photos. Generally it was very clean although the floor had not been cleaned, consequently very dirty feet! I think because it was so new some basics had been overlooked such as an iron and ironing board, balcony furniture and glasses. The only glasses were plastic beakers. The only other downside for me was the polyester sheets and thick comforter. "

"This is a great property! It is close to a lot of restaurants. We even made the hour trip to New Orleans while we were down there! The property was fully stocked with anything you might need from the kitchen to the living room! It is very homey. We were kind of nervous about staying at a property with someone else but we didn’t even notice. Great host!"

The apartment is well located near downtown Gulfport, right off Beach Blvd. Super easy to get anywhere you want to go. Neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. "We loved everything about our stay. The location was amazing. It was about 100 yards to Main Street, and then about a 5-10 min walk to the coast/beach. Along Main Street were some cute boutiques and felt very charming and quaint. The unit itself was perfect for us. With it being a 1 bedroom unit, there was separation from the bedroom, which we loved. The bed & couch were super comfortable. There was a small kitchenette so we could keep drinks & snacks. "We stayed last year and enjoyed the property so much we decided to make a second trip this year. Our second experience was just as good as the first. Marcie was an amazing host. The weather was bad before our arrival, and she was sure to keep updated via text. The house and pool were clean, and the dogs love the freedom to roam around the back patio and yard. This will be an annual tradition for us."
