"Plenty of room for a large group! Location is beautiful and the grounds and pools are well maintained. The house could use a deep clean, some organization, and maintenance, but the staff and managers were responsive, incredibly helpful, and fantastic to work with. "

"This vacay home was a 12/10! The house is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. All the colorful decor makes it feel like a home, like you came to visit an aunt that lives in Puerto Vallarta. The views are amazing, waking up to an almost panoramic view of the ocean was 100% one of the best parts for me. The staff was also phenomenal! They really made our stay that much better. Its hard to go somewhere new and not know the best places to go to or how to get there but they do and they go...

"Stunning views. Beautifully appointed, secure, extremely clean, and spacious. This property does not disappoint!Short walk to a vibrant beach front where we were treated like locals--low-key and not overcrowded. A perfect Mexican experience.Anna and Miguel (and Coco and Bobo) were the true stars of this trip! Meal planning and shopping was seamless and affordable. The food was EXCEPTIONAL and prepared with heart. No need to look elsewhere for meals...better than a restaurant and all food...

"My husband and I had a great week. The view from the property is unbeatable. House needs a little TLC. Staff was great. Had massages, a couple of meals prepared and even a blowout without leaving the house. I would not recommend the property for young children but for adults it’s perfect. It is quite a walk up and down the street to get to the beach but the pool and the view make up for it. Plus being that close to the jungle was amazing. "

Villa is close to small village so you can get snacks and drinks. Had two ladies come to the villa for massages. Love the area."

"We stayed at Casa Amatista for the month of April and it was a wonderful experience. Check in was simple and stress free as we were met by the villa manager Elba. She was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Elba will do some shopping and cooking for a reasonable fee which I highly recommend! We just walked in and everything was ready for us. The villa is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything is super clean and comfortable and the set up...

"We came for a family trip and it was the most amazing trip for us. I highly recommend eating in house during your trip especially if you’re going in a big group. Prices of restaurants for a big group can be high and the chefs food is exceptional. We got to book activities through the staff in house and they took care of it all! That was a huge help considering we didn’t know what to do during the days of our trip.The staff was top notch 5 star experience. Increasing staff compensation would help...
