"Property budget friendly and close to beach access. That’s all, accommodations very poor, maintenance is non existent for accommodations meaning poorly maintained property in every aspect. But- if you want a cheap(er) place to stay and don’t care or expect even the minimum of comfort. This is your place. Cheap, musty, dirty and unkempt, but not and I repeat NOT bug infested, a/c works and Doninoes delivers here!"

"We had an amazingly chill and peaceful weekend. It was a nice short getaway for my family. We played the games provided as well as others that we brought. The fireplace brought us all together and we enjoyed the time with each other at night. Beds were comfortable, clean and inviting. The game room downstairs was a hit with the kids."

"It was better than expected. Great location at Point San Luis-(South of Galveston Island). Great view from the main/front patio/balcony. The house was beautiful and spacious. The best thing, it was within walking distance from the beach, approximately 2 blocks."

"It was very easy to communicate with property management. I had some minor issues when I first arrived and "Mallory" took care of the issues. The Property was clean and spacious. I had all the amenities to prepare meals and store food items. The property was within walking distance of the beach (100 yards for so). "

"My son and daughter-in-law got married on the beach. We rented this home and our other family rented the one next door. It was a perfect intimate weekend with family and the house was perfect for our large group. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made for ease of everyone getting ready. The kitchen was not as well stocked as other places we’ve stayed but cooking wasn’t really in our plans. Would love to stay here again."

"In one weekend, we celebrated our son's birthday, our daughter-in-law's birthday, Mother's Day, and the gender reveal of our newest granddaughter. Location and this home were perfect for our needs. Everything listed on the property description was accurate, if maybe a bit more "well-used" than expected. We found everything we needed right at home to make this a great weekend. "We go to Galveston almost every year from DFW and look for a newer rental, away from town, on the beach. This was great as it was the farthest from town and was the last rental on the island before your cross the bridge to the next island. Love the privacy and quietness! The morning and evening walks on the beach were felt like we were by ourselves."
