There is plenty of seating on the large balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach with its white sands and emerald water. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets, drinking coffee while watching the sunrise, having an evening cocktail, having meals or watching the water and just enjoying time with family and friends.

The living room has a large 75 inch smart TV and plenty of seating for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation.

If you fly, drive and/or rent a car, you can get around the area easily. UBER and Lyft are also available. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping from the condo.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, TV, closet and an newly remodeled attached bathroom, private enough for each guest to feel comfortable during their stay.

We also provide one underground parking space and five camp chairs and umbrella for use on the beach.

Large walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom. This closet contains an iron and ironing board, an extra dresser and the sheets/blankets/pillows for the sleeper sofa.

There are plenty of linens, pillows and towels provided for each guest.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals for your family and friends.

Outside the condo on Scenic Gulf Drive is a boardwalk for walking, riding bikes, jogging, etc.

Of course, the beautiful white sand is always a great place to take a walk and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf.

This condo has a Master Suite with a king bed and an attached full size bathroom. There is a room with two full size beds and with an attached full size bathroom and there is a room with a queen size bed, that also has an attached full size bathroom.

All towels and linens are washed in hot water with bleach. All bedding is washed after each visit.
